Mark Ingram stars in PSA for LITE

Running back extraordinaire for Crimson Tide football, Mark Ingram shot a PSA for LITE's recruiting efforts. The video is posted on LITE's facebook group page, so check it out. And while you're there, join our fight against illiteracy. (Click post title for a shortcut!)

Mark Ingram gives a staggering fact in the video about how many people around us are affected by illiteracy. It would take 12 Bryant-Denny Stadiums to house all of the Alabamians struggling with illiteracy. That's over 1 million people living in Alabama. One million people in our state cannot read, write, or do basic math.

The video looks great, and we're so proud of the media relations team who gave us an awesome PSA to promote LITE. We're also thankful for Mark Ingram who selflessly dedicated his time and effort to support literacy, and we're proud of his tremendous athletic achievements this season. He's been recognized as a contender for the Heisman trophy, and has become a standout player in the SEC and nationwide.

Best of luck to Mark Ingram and the ongoing LITE campaign!
